When Do I Need An Awareness Campaign For Business

Hey I just got a call from a company that's doing a "Home Flipping Seminar in Charlotte"
I'm going to do an awareness campaign to build their attendance. Here goes...
Running a successful Awareness Campaign for a new event begins with developing the right ad with the right words in front of the right people.

I made the ad look just like a regular post with a picture.I made it look inviting with emoji's. I put in the address and information without making it look salesy.

I will market to:

  • age of 25 to 45
  • with in 10 miles of location
  • college educated
  • employed in office , sales, admin
  • parents of school aged children

What is the first thing you do when you have a client that needs your help to be noticed?
Find out exactly what they want. If it is a new business an it is a restaurant. You could suggest FB ads on slow days to drive traffic.Create post with great pictures their most expensive dish with link to their menu.

FYI: Awareness campaigns are great for anything you want others to know about, especially when you only have a week to build up attendance.

1. First you have to create a post with the relevant information.

2. Use the setting in the Facebook ads manager to hone in on only those in a 15 to 30 miles radius around the address.

3. Make sure you use the proper descriptions of the people you want to attend. Age range, educational background, income range, etc....After all you are after your target audience, so here's your chance to pick them out.

Traffic Ads are used to send traffic from one point to another. Call to Action (CTA):

  • Booking Page to website
  • Post of food to Menu
  • Coupon to click
  • Offer to product
Marketing has to be done with a plan of action, testing and retesting. As you move forwarding in your marketing efforts you will learn how to maneuver within your different niches.
